YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU).
HOW TO WITHDRAW
Email us at store@23themiracle.com (or use our contact form) providing:
- Your full name
- Your order number
We will confirm receipt of your request by email and send you the return instructions, including the return address. You must ship the items back within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Your refund, including standard delivery costs, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return shipment.
MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM
You may also use this form (not mandatory): "To 23 TheMiracle Store, store@23themiracle.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [description], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name and address of consumer: [...]. Date: [...]"
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Misprinted, damaged or defective items remain covered by our standard policy (report within 30 days at store@23themiracle.com).
